Wait, College?!

Hey there everyone!!

Wow, time sure does fly when you’re in COLLEGE!! That’s right, I’ve moved into my new home at Wofford College!! I am so elated to be here, and it’s amazing. College is so much different from anything you would ever expect. I’ve been here just over a week, and it’ probably been the busiest week and a half of my entire life.

In the past week, I’ve moved into my dorm room:

 

made tons of friends (pictures coming in the next few posts), written my first college essay, learned how to work the confusing printer system, been the the sorority recruitment interest meeting, eaten more ice cream and pizza than I ever thought possible, been to all my classes (and on time, knock on wood), and planned a Cards Against Humanity and pizza party in my dorm last Friday.

So, in short, lots of things have happened in the past week and a half. It’s been so crazy, but I’ll have more pictures of my college adventures soon!

Anticipation

Today’s the day!!

No, not that day.

The day that I find out my housing assignment!

It’s supposed to be posted on my account today, and I’ve basically been constantly refreshing since midnight. I’m talking accessing the internet any chance I get. In line at chickfila this morning, sneaking peaks at work, and now, rushing home from work so I can keep refreshing until I find out.

It’s freaking me out that I don’t know yet where I’m living. A lot of my friends going to UGA, Alabama, Auburn, South Carolina, Georgia Southern, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Florida, ect. already know where they’re living. Hell, a lot of them move in NEXT WEEK. I don’t move in until the end of August, and I’m supposed to find out my housing assignment today.

Assuming they post it today. The anticipation is not fun!
